(1) Vendor needs to provide educational diagnostic services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – Provide educational diagnostic services, assessments and training services as needed.– Provide a parent interpretive conference.– Complete federal and state documentation governing the provision of, and payment for, vendors’ services.– Provide a pre–service orientation meeting for contracting therapists to address procedures related to licensure, documentation, fingerprinting and background checks, service documentation, Medicaid billing, and federal, state and district requirements.(2) The contract period will be for four years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
