(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping services to the government authority located in Okatie, SC. – Provide landscaping and site maintenance services for various facilities in located in agency.• Mowing and turf maintenance:– Mow all grassed areas within the extent of the property.– Maintain turf height between 2 and 3 inches unless otherwise directed.– Trim and edge around fence lines, structures, utility boxes, signs, and other obstructions.• Weed control:– Control weeds within landscaped beds, fence lines, gravel areas, and around structures.– Apply herbicides as needed and in accordance with all applicable regulations and manufacturer recommendations.• Shrub and plant maintenance:– Prune shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plantings as necessary to maintain a neat appearance.– Remove dead, damaged, or diseased vegetation.• Debris and litter removal:– Remove litter, fallen branches, leaves, and other debris from the fenced area during each service visit.– Dispose of all debris off–site in accordance with applicable regulations.• Fence line maintenance:– Remove litter, fallen branches, leaves, and other debris from the fenced area during each service visit.– Dispose of all debris off–site in accordance with applicable regulations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
