Vendor needs to provide architectural design and construction administration services to the government authority located in Kingsland, GA.– Conceptual Design shall include a 30% design level construction document package, including PDF and hard copy submittal to the City, with associated cost estimate for budgeting purposes,– Schematic Design shall include a 60% design level construction document package including PDF and hard copy submittal to the City, associated cost estimate and project specification manual outline. Design team shall meet with City stakeholders for design review.
