(1) Vendor needs to provide girls preventing trafficking services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Replicate and scale up prevention and early intervention programs for girls and young women who are at risk of, or are victims of, sex and/or labor trafficking.– Implement or enhance efforts to identify and provide comprehensive and developmentally appropriate services to girls and young women who are at risk of, or are victims of, sex and/or labor trafficking. This may include street outreach efforts, partnerships with organizations that serve youth, partnerships with juvenile justice and child welfare systems, and collaboration with key community stakeholders.– Participate in peer–to–peer learning opportunities
