(1) Vendor needs to provide battery recycling services to the government authority located in Lancaster, PA. – Provide responsible for managing solid waste and recyclable materials in county. – Provide safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible waste management services for county residents, municipalities, businesses, and institutions.– Provide battery packaging, transportation, recycling, and related documentation services for batteries collected at the facility.– Safely manage batteries, reduce environmental risk, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure that batteries are recycled or otherwise managed through approved battery management facilities in a legal and environmentally sound manner.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
