(1) Vendor needs to provide customer portal and AMI technology services and solution.– Provide a customer portal and a mobile workforce management solution– Capable of hosting and presenting data from both meter systems, while also providing basic customer service requests, bill presentment and payment, and a meter data presentment page.– Reliable platform offering intelligent scheduling and routing, along with the ability to manage field customer service work orders—from creation to dispatch/assignment through completion.– Customer portal, with a mobile application(2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
