(1) Vendor needs to provide mowing and landscaping service to the government authority located in Collin, TX.• There are approximately 0.98 acres of ornamental flower bed landscaping and maintenance to be performed as Bid Item 1. Provide landscaping and maintenance of ornamental flower beds to enhance the appearance and health of landscaped areas.• Services include soil preparation, planting, bed edging, mulching, weed control, pruning, fertilization, irrigation inspection, trimming shrubs and ornamental tree pruning, and replacement of damaged or declining plants.• Spring (March–May): Snapdragons, dianthus, petunias, alyssum, salvia, marigolds, begonias.• Summer (June–September): Vinca, lantana, pentas, angelonia, zinnias, esperanza, ornamental grasses.• Fall (October–November): Chrysanthemums, celosia, ornamental peppers, asters, pansies, ornamental kale and cabbage.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 14 2026.
