(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental and traffic modeling engineering services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.• Provide engineering support for environmental design and environmental and planning services on an as–needed basis to meet a wide range of engineering, environmental, and planning needs.• Professional licensed engineers, landscape architects, and environmental professionals with a demonstrated ability to review, prepare and develop engineering plans, national environmental policy act (NEPA) documents, and transportation planning studies.• Provide field support for studies, construction compliance monitoring, and inspections.• Planning, development, engineering design, environmental clearance of transportation improvement projects, environmental program delivery, environmental mitigations, environmental research, and environmental support for system operations, maintenance, or property management. • Familiarity with the requirements and implementation of the transportation improvement program (TIP), Statewide transportation improvement program (STIP), and the long–range planning process including 10–year plan.• Knowledge of AutoCAD/MicroStation/GIS for engineering level design and for planning purposes, design of noise mitigation and alternative analysis.• Ability to develop environmental health and safety and material management plans.• Demonstrate Ability To Communicate Environmental Analysis Through use of GIS(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
