(1) Vendor needs to provide medical leave act and americans with disabilities act administrative services.• To administer all components of its Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) programs.• Provide employees with multiple channels to submit a leave and ADA accommodation request (ex. phone, website/portal, mobile app).• Provide employees with initial leave packet including required notifications about employee rights and Responsibilities.• Review all requests, including verification of medical certifications, and determine eligibility.• Coordinate with Human Resources regarding recommended work accommodation, including possible light duty, for ADA requests.• Notify employees and the human resources department of the determination (approval/denial) and the dates of any approved leave request or accommodation.• Manage the recertification process where necessary• Provide appropriate review of requests by medical specialists for FMLA and attorneys for ADA requests• Provide employees with access to customer service representatives to assist with questions, including bilingual services• Outreach to health care providers for additional information, as needed(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
