(1) Vendor needs to provide hotel and meeting room accommodations services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL. – Provide accommodations, meals and meeting room space for the training programs for agency. • Hotel requirements:– Days and projected participant numbers: Three days beginning at 3:00 p.m. ET on Sunday through 1:00 p.m. ET Wednesday.• Sleeping and eating accommodations:– Three (3) nights and nine (9) meals – full American plan– Single occupancy room with full American meal plan.• One main meeting room arranged classroom style for the plenary sessions for 75 – 90 participants.• Between seven and nine breakout rooms—one for each group of 10 to 12 participants, each room arranged conference style.• One separate room for eating meals together—breakfast, lunch, and dinner.• Eating and sleeping rooms must be within five minutes walking time from meeting rooms to minimize time lost between meals and workshop sessions.• The hotel will be responsible for furnishing a one half–hour complimentary reception on Sunday evening.• Provide microphones and sound equipment, video projector equipment and screen, Internet connection, and a podium as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
