(1) Vendor needs to provide contractual services to plan, facilitate, and document a community charrette focused on sustainable, nature–based stormwater solutions for the town to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.– That work documented the location and condition of existing infrastructure, evaluated system capacity, identified deficiencies, and noted potential opportunity areas.– The project’s primary goals are to improve community understanding of sustainable, nature–based stormwater solutions and to produce a community–wide opportunity inventory and map, aprioritized project implementation matrix, a funding sources matrix, and brief recommendations that can inform Comprehensive Plan update, capital planning, hazard preparedness efforts, and future funding requests.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
