Vendor needs to provide rental of timing equipment and videoboards for special events to the government authority located in Madison, WI.A. Timing Needs:– Color digital high–resolution photo finish cameras placed on the finish line – Lynx System cameras preferred with a primary and back–up battery system in case of a power outage– Front and reverse angle camera(s) to capture images from both sides of the finish line.  Cameras synced– Finish line up to 8m in widthB. Split Point Needs:– Split point locations (8m in width) as determined by meet management, with a standard configuration of up to 4 locations and the ability to expand beyond 4 locations upon request; each accompanied with display clocks using point to point wireless or cellular (power provided by timing company via generators).C. GPS Tracking (Optional):– Lead cart tracker to provide current distance into the race displayed on the live results, videoboard, and webcast graphicsD. Results & Entries Needs:– Check and upload meet results to Track and Field Results Reporting System (TFRRS) immediately following the meet– Live results for internet production, responsive in design for mobile users– Provide completed team packets including bibs, chips, team rosters, and declaration forms
