(1) Vendor needs to provide website design and system.– Obtain a solution that improves accessibility, usability, content management efficiency, integration capabilities, brand cohesion, and technical compliance.– Deliverables must be compatible with supported versions of Edge, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox browsers– Must support a mobile friendly design compatible with Android and Apple devices– Create a better and easier shopping experience for stakeholders– Drag and drop editing– Scheduled and immediate publishing– Multiuser editing with ≥4 administrators– Microsite creation– User friendly shopping and online payment acceptance– Automatically update shipping costs once address is inputted– Accessibility for website administrators to track all sales information to include tax recording, and shipping data– Ability to add new products, update pricing, and input coupons\sales on products.– Newsletter creation and email blasts to Stakeholders– Migration of all content and artifacts– Data visualization capabilities (including PowerBI compatibility)– Branding tools for theme consistency– The offeror’s deliverable must provide users with a clear and easily accessible logout mechanism– Any web–based deliverable must undergo a web application vulnerability scan.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
