Vendor needs to provide city attorney and legal services to the government authority located in Ballard, UT.– Attend regular and special meetings of the city council as requested. – Provide legal advice and opinions to elected officials, city staff, and boards. – Draft, review, and revise ordinances, resolutions, contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents. – Represent the city in litigation, administrative proceedings, and court appearances as necessary. – Prosecute violations of city ordinances, if requested. – Assist with land use, zoning, public records, open meetings, employment, procurement, and other municipal legal matters. – Provide timely legal guidance on day–to–day municipal operations. – Perform other legal services as requested by the city.
