FURNITURE-0060 - USA (Las Vegas, Nevada) - Outdoor Furniture Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide outdoor furniture services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. - Concrete Furniture. Shall be molded one piece with nominal four–inch thickness on all areas. All concrete items shall have a minimum 6,000 PSI compression strength with ½ inch and 5/8–inch steel rebar reinforcement in all stress areas. - Steel Furniture. Shall be constructed of nine–gauge diamond pattern expanded steel and shall have thermoplastic coating with rolled edges. Framework shall be constructed of galvanized 2–3/8 inch outside diameter steel tubing with powder coated finish. All metal products shall have a minimum 10–year warranty.- All responses shall include detailed product specification literature for each item offered. Bidder shall specify the exact corresponding manufacturer model and part number on the Bid. Failure to submit the required information may lead to the rejection of any item.- All specification changes, as well as price changes to the original bid shall be presented to the appropriate Buyer in writing for approval before a replacement may be shipped. Changes to specifications and costs do not alter bid terms and conditions.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10th, 2026.
