MPR 25-016 CITYWIDE Promotional Products and Services

The City of Avondale (the “City”) is issuing this Request For Proposals (this “RFP”) seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) interested in providing Brief Project Description (fill in the blank) (the “Services”). The Services to be ordered on an as-needed basis. Qualifications. The Vendor must have expertise, demonstrated ability, and a minimum five (5) years’ experience providing branded promotional products and services, and meet the following minimum qualifications. A. Vendor must be able to provide the City, at no cost, consultation services related to producing branded promotional items as performed under the scope of work of the resultant contract. B. Vendor must be a professional distributor of branded promotional products capable of providing items such as, but not limited to: writing instruments, drinkware, hats and apparel, trophies and awards, toys, bags, packaged candy, electronic/technology giveaways and other industry specific specialty items on an as-needed basis.
