(1) Vendor needs to provide building management system.– Provide maximum utilization of the building management system to increase the energy efficiency and optimization of the system.– Provide additional operator training and support to ensure that the system is operating at its peak performance thereby maximizing the proficiency of the system.– Provide system maintenance checkups, component testing, software upgrades, loop tuning and calibration to protect the current investment in the building management system.– Provide monthly on–line or over the phone support, and quarterly inspections to ensure that the building service needs are met.
