(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosting treasury management system. – Providing a treasury management system that will support cash management, automate reporting, and facilitate bank fee monitoring.– Provide fully hosted system that enables multiple stakeholders to login and manage treasury function.– Ability to create and use access roles to manage user entitlements to the system.– Ability to run real–time, daily and monthly reports using historical cash flow data.– Ability to provide interface functionality that supports bank account and service administration.– Provide for a smooth, timely, and cost–effective implementation and migration to the future treasury management system.– Data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance and do align with citizens’ requirements and obligations.– System be configured and customized.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
