(1) Vendor needs to provide community dining and nutrition services to the government authority located in Port Orchard, WA.• Provide hot, pre–plated meals, at meal sites in agency to Tribally affiliated individuals aged 55 and over; non–affiliated older adults aged 60 and older, and other individuals who meet the eligibility requirements.• Hot, pre–plated meals shall be provided to all Congregate participants.• The Congregate Meal Site shall be open to all eligible persons on a reservation basis.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
