(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering support services to the government authority located in Revere, MA. – Perform surveys and collect utility and record information for each project area.– Develop engineering reports, scientific studies, feasibility analysis and engineering investigations.– Evaluate and develop cost estimates for engineering alternatives.– Design public works projects including preparation of construction specifications and cost estimates as required.– Provide Construction Phase Services, including bidding services, RFI responses, shop drawing review, progress reports, construction inspection, and as–built plans.– Provide assistance and technical input for use in conjunction with grant applications.– Provide inspection of development projects under construction to ensure design compliance with agency specifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 18, 2026.
