(1) Vendor needs to provide communications services.– The consultant may also be engaged on an as–needed, task–order basis to provide general communications support, which may include:– Strategic communications planning.– Media relations, news releases, and media outreach.– Social media content development and platform management.– Website and newsletter content development.– Graphic design services (flyers, banners, informational materials) consistent with city branding.– Public engagement support, including survey design and stakeholder coordination.– Crisis and emergency communications support.– Spanish translation services, written and verbal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
