ACCT-27172 - USA (Clinton, Arkansas) - Municipal Advisory Services - Deadline February 12,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal advisory services to the government authority located in Clinton, AR.– Debt and Capital Financing Strategy: – The Municipal Advisor will review the Airport’s existing debt obligations and policies, capital funding plans and analyses, as necessary to advise the Airport regarding proposed debt financing.– Municipal Securities Transaction Planning and Structuring• For each contemplated financing, the Municipal Advisor may be requested to advise the Airport on the appropriate type, size, structure, and timing of the financing based on debt capacity, capital funding requirements, and other relevant financial analyses– Credit Rating Strategy and Rating Agency Support• Review and evaluate the Airport’s credit profile, financial information, and advise the Airport regarding credit and financing strategies that may support favorable ratings and market access in connection with proposed debt financing.– Transaction Documentation and Due Diligence• The Municipal Advisor will participate, as appropriate, in the development and review of all necessary financing documents from a financial and municipal advisory perspective.– Bond Marketing, Pricing, and Sale• The Municipal Advisor will advise the Airport on the most effective strategy to market and sell the bonds, evaluating market conditions, reviewing investor demand, and helping ensure that the bonds are priced and sold on terms that are favorable to the issuer– Continuing Debt Management and Market Monitoring• The Municipal Advisor will monitor the Airport’s outstanding debt portfolio, evaluating changing financial and market conditions, identifying opportunities to reduce borrowing costs or improve debt structures, and providing recommendations to support long–term financial planning.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.
