(1) Vendor needs to provide physical and virtual single–load prepaid cards services to the government authority located in Wisconsin.– Card types must be single load only and non reloadable, with no overdraft or credit features– Provide a helpline for cardholders for card related issues– Virtual cards shall be issued instantly and with secure delivery (e.g., one time activation code or two factor authentication.)– All applicable fees (purchase, inactivity, ATM, foreign, etc.) must be fully disclosed.– Multi language support must be available for required disclosures where applicable– The bidder shall provide 24×7 fraud/dispute support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
