(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan development consultant services.– Professional firm for the facilitation, creation and delivery of the agency next strategic plan and accompanying work plan.– Background review and environmental scan.– Inclusion of community engagement and data collected in the community survey and comprehensive planning process.– Host one or more visioning workshops with the board and staff.– Host external key stakeholder public meeting or focus group to gather additional insights and feedback.– Identifying and building–out strategic priority areas and general goal areas based on information gathered.– Development of a written strategic plan.– Development of a work plan to accompany the strategic plan.(2) All the questions had been submitted on September 10, 2026.
