ACCT-27024 - USA (Atlantic, New Jersey) - Financial Advisory Services - Deadline November 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ. – The Advisor shall have a thorough understanding of the agency’s statute, rules and regulations,covenants and contracts pertaining to its obligations.– The successful respondent shall work with a selected underwriter, agency staff, bond council and other agency professionals and consultants to help structure new money/refunding scenarios from a given set of assumptions provided by the agency.– Services shall include evaluating the agency’s financial conditions, including its budget, operations, liabilities, (direct and contingent), consolidation of services and outstanding indebtedness in order to assist the agency develop a plan for financial stability and integrity.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
