(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.• Required Services1. Depository and Operating Accounts — checking, money market, and other deposit accounts; account structuring across agency programs; sweep and earnings–credit arrangements.2. Treasury and Online Banking Services — wire transfer and agency origination/receipt, positive pay, online treasury management platform, multi –level user administration, and integration support with agency general ledger and reporting tools.3. Account Analysis and Statements — monthly statements and account analysis byprogram/account, with online access and a defined dispute resolution process.4. Collateralization of Public Deposits 5. Cybersecurity and Data Security — fraud mitigation controls, account security measures, and current System and Organization Controls audit reports.6. Service Level Standards — defined cutoff times for agency and wire processing, customer service response times, and a committed implementation timetable.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
