(1) Vendor needs to provide guardianship services to the government authority located in Castleton–on–Hudson, NY. – Provide guardianship services for indigent IPs. – Assist in closing the gap in the availability of guardians to provide for the personal needs and/or property management needs of indigent IPs who have no other suitable person to serve as guardian.– Provide comprehensive guardianship services pursuant to agency for indigent incapacitated persons.– Services shall be person–centered, trauma–informed, least restrictive, and designed to promote autonomy, safety, and well–being while ensuring full compliance with court orders and statutory mandates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
