(1) Vendor needs to provide air conditioning and boiler replacement project engineering design services to the government authority located in Visalia, CA.– Provide professional engineering design services needed to develop a full set of construction documents including plans, specifications and an engineer’s estimate of probable construction costs to meet the goals and objectives of the A/C and boiler replacement project.– Review existing conditions, as–built drawings, and prior assessments of the Lab A/C and boiler systems.– Establish a project management and communication plan, including regular coordination meetings and progress reporting.– Evaluate the current McQuay Type WGZ water–cooled scroll compressor chiller system, including:– Cooling towers.– Air handlers and fan coils.– Louvered supply fans and high plume exhaust fans.– EMS and temperature control systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026.
