(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate broker services to the government authority located in Saratoga Springs, NY. • Responsible for assisting the city with brokerage services, representing the city’s interest in marketing and negotiating the sale of three city–owned properties, and negotiating, determining market value, making offers and closing on the acquisition of the identified property for sale.• Advice regarding pricing, market valuation, and appraisals of the three City owned properties and the identified property for acquisition;• Strategic planning and marketing the three City–owned parcels for sale;• Acquiring title searches and condition assessments of all properties identified;• Negotiating with outside parties on the sale and acquisition of properties;• Progress updates and timely communication with members of the city council, assigned city staff, and other city consultants with active interests in the transaction;• Make presentations at public meetings and/or to City officials and staff;• Consult with the City Attorney and outside legal counsel on real property deed restrictions
