(1) Vendor needs to provide scribe licensing service. – Agency requires a secure, enterprise–grade platform that accelerates the creation, maintenance, and governed distribution of process documentation and training content.– Core required capabilities include:• AI– assisted or automated capture of user actions via desktop/browser recording that intelligently pares recording into numbered, editable step–by–step guides with embedded screenshots.• Support for rich media (screenshots, short video clips, hyperlinks, attachments) within generated guides.• Role–based access with distinct Creator (record, edit, publish) and Viewer (read–only access to published content) licenses.• Hub/Team management module for organizing users into logical groups, applying access controls, and governing content visibility and permissions.• Search discovery versioning and analytics on content usage and user adoption.• The contractor shall provide all software updates, new features releases, security patches, and standard technical support (via portal, email, or ticket system) during the entire one–year license term at no additional cost.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
