(1) Vendor needs to provide historic preservation consulting services to the government authority located in Kingston, NY.– Historic consulting services: development of a comprehensive equity– based historic preservation plan and city–wide historic preservation design guidelines.– Historic preservation consultant or team of consultants to provide professional services to develop a comprehensive equity–based historic preservation plan and concurrently develop city–wide historic preservation design guidelines.– Comprehensive historic preservation plan requires presentations before, engagement with, and adoption by the city’s common council.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
