(1) Vendor needs to provide material graphic design services. – Provide creative design, layout, and supporting graphics for all promotional and program materials.– One season–wide reception card design and one envelope design will be required.– Create the design and layout of the performance season brochure meeting the following specifications:• Full color• Finished size: 8”x 8”• Approximately 40–44 total pages, including the cover– Create the design and layout of season rack cards and individual show rack cards.– Create the design and layout of pre–season reception cards and envelopes with return address.– Create the design and layout of individual show posters.– Create the design and layout of individual show playbills.– Create the design and layout of two (2) entryway banners.– Create the design and layout of graphic displays– Create social media cover graphics and post graphics.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
