(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental health and safety (EHS) solution. – This platform should integrate tools for managing incidents, inspections, risk assessments, audits, chemical management, regulatory compliance, training tracking, and reporting, aimed at ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.– Software system that enables real–time management and optimization of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) processes across the organization. – Enable web–based and mobile reporting of incidents such as injuries, equipment failures, hazardous exposures, and near misses.– Support investigation tools such as root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and resolution documentation.– Improve training management by tracking employee certifications and automating training schedules.– Provide tools for structured risk assessments using predefined checklists and workflows.– Provide post–deployment technical support, including software updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.– Customizable incident forms, assessments, alerts, notifications, and user access controls.– Provide API–based integration with existing enterprise systems– Ensure data interoperability with safety monitoring platforms and inventory tracking systems.– Implement encryption, authentication, and audit logging features.– Conduct data migration from legacy systems and ensure operational continuity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
