TRANSPORT-11709 - USA (Keller, Texas) - Towing and Recovery Franchise Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide towing and recovery franchise services to the government authority located in Keller, Texas.– Provide vehicle towing, recovery, storage, and related services.– Franchise covers police–requested towing, recovery, storage, release support, and related services for vehicles required by the city to be removed from a stationary location, public street, accident scene, arrest, abandonment, search and seizure event, mechanical difficulty, or other lawful police–directed removal.– Facility must be secured during all hours and have a twenty–four (24) hour monitored security system. – Provide a secure area for seized, evidentiary, abandoned, police–hold, or otherwise restricted vehicles.– Provide twenty–four (24) hour, 365–day service for towing and storage.– Maintain a reliable dispatch process and a single dispatch telephone number for police department requests.– Maintain appropriate records of city–requested tows, including request time, arrival time, location, vehicle description, tow destination, charges, storage and release status, and police case number if provided. make records available to the city upon request.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
