(1) Vendor needs to provide water and sewer rate study service to the government authority located in Novi, MI.– This study is to evaluate the current rate structure, assess the financial health of the water and sewer utilities, and develop a multi–year rate plan that ensures long–term financial sustainability while maintaining fair and equitable rates. – Prepare a draft report that documents the methodology, findings, and recommendations of the rate study.– conduct a comprehensive Water and Sanitary Sewer Rate Study. – Data collection and review.– Rate structure analysis.– Rate and ordinance recommendations.– Rate model development.– Financial analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
