EXTRA-71206 - USA (Marianna, Florida) - Disaster Recovery Consultant Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster recovery consultant services to the government authority located in Marianna, FL.– Perform various tasks as outlined for disaster recovery services pertaining to tracking the county’s disaster–related expenses, maintaining appropriate documentation, and planning the most effective strategies for recovery throughout all the phases of a disaster.– Provide personnel to augment recovery capabilities for declared and non–declared events.– Provide pre–trained specialists under the FEMA Public Assistance Program.– Track and monitor contractor’s own time and activities by project, or as otherwise allowed by federal guidance for direct administrative, indirect, and management costs, as applicable, and project management costs.– Provide accurate, complete, and timely invoices.– Provide emergency planning, disaster recovery, mitigation planning, and program management services required and requested by county.– Track all disaster related expenses and maintain support documentation to justify each expenditure.– Assist with integrating mitigation actions into the recovery process, specifically with the use of Section 406 hazard mitigation funds.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
