(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.• The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to performlandscape maintenance services• Services shall include weekly lawn maintenance, spring and fall cleanup, edging, aeration and overseeding, mulching and trimming of shrubs and small trees.• Base Services:I. Spring Cleanup:a. Pick up and remove branches, leaves, sticks, litter and debris from the site.b. Clean out planting beds and tree wells, including removal of weeds, excess soil andmulch. Site shall be inspected by the University Representative prior to installing newmulch.c. Edge all planting beds. Planting beds include non–lawn areas, such as ground coverbeds and raised planting beds. No mechanical edgers are to be used on the treewells.II. Fall Cleanup:a. Rake, blow, sweep and remove all leaves, branches and other debris.b. Cut back all perennials during final clean up.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
