Elevator Maintenance Services

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is responsible for maintaining safe, reliable, and code-compliant operations of all elevators within its facilities to support daily departmental functions and public services. The Central Campus, located at 570 East Woodrow Wilson Avenue in Jackson, Mississippi, includes five (5) passenger elevators servicing multiple buildings. Regular maintenance and inspections of these elevators are critical to ensure: Compliance with ASME A17.1 Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators , State of Mississippi regulations, and ADA requirements. Safe transportation of MSDH staff, visitors, and program participants. Reduction of operational downtime and costly emergency repairs through preventative maintenance.
