(1) Vendor needs to provide data center technician service to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI. – To provide one Data Center Technician to support the Production Services Branch.– The position will provide monitoring, maintenance, and application job processing support for the State's Data Center operations, both on–premise and in collocated facilities.– To provide production, planning, development, and other technical support services to support the operation of the State Data Center(s) both on premise and in collocated facilities.– The position serves as a technician to support the operation of the various equipment, and software applications, and facilities in the Data Center(s).– The essential functions assigned to the position includes: monitoring the equipment, running application jobs, installing equipment, providing end user support, and other miscellaneous functions.(2) The contract period will be one year.
