NET-16867 - USA (Eugene, Oregon) - Underground Cable Replacement Service - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide underground cable replacement service to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. – Install of underground utility infrastructure associated with the replacement of existing underground electric facilities serving multiple locations on agency.– Replace old underground wire, bore approximately 1,500 ft of new 2” conduit, replace old wire with new and replace two transformers. • Work generally includes:– Installation of approximately 1,550 linear feet of new 2–inch conduit.– Installation of one (1) Shrubline transformer sleeve.– Installation of one (1) Ranch Runner transformer sleeve.– Directional boring and excavation necessary to install conduit and sleeves.– Backfill and compaction of all excavations.– Surface restoration of all disturbed areas.– Protection of existing utilities and facilities.– Contractor shall review all drawings, soil information, easement documentation, and site conditions prior to bid submission.– Contractor shall protect existing trees, landscaping, fences, irrigation systems, and other improvements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 12, 2026.
