(1) Vendor needs to provide intracity transit operations and management services to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR. – Provide for the day–to–day management of the transit system using a resident advisor or management team under the direction of the agency. – The operations and management services to be provided include those relating to transit planning, daily operations, equipment and facilities, utilization maintenance, security, routes, scheduling, service standards, budgeting, purchasing, safety, insurance, claims, employee selection/training, coordination with planning and paratransit agencies, technical support in working with agency and such other management functions as needed in the operation of an urban transit system.• Administration:– Personnel administration– Accounting/bookkeeping– Purchasing– Customer service– Farebox control– Management reporting– Dispatch• Operation:– Personnel hiring– Bus operator training– Scheduling (Vehicles and Bus Operators)– Routing and schedule planning• Maintenance:– Vehicle Inspection– Servicing/Cleaning– Preventive Maintenance– Fuel Supply(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
