(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services to provide high–quality service and support, at an appropriate market value, while strengthening strategic planning, financial stewardship, compliance support, data analytics, vendor accountability, member experience, and the long–term sustainability of the district’s benefits programs to the government authority located in Reno, NV.• The district’s self–funded medical, prescription drug, and dental plans.• PPO and qualified high–deductible health plan and HSA arrangements.• Stop–loss insurance.• Vision insurance.• Basic and supplemental life insurance.• Accidental death and dismemberment insurance.• Long–term disability.• Section 125, HSA, and FSA programs.• COBRA.• Employee assistance and wellness programs.• Medicare–eligible retiree and coverage.• Voluntary benefit programs.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
