(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Edmonds, WA.– Clean restrooms– Clean tenant office and kitchen areas– Clean all first floor and second floor exterior windows– Mop clean and spot scrub he indoor common area hallways– Clean and disinfect counters, wash basins, and soap dispensers.– Clean and polish mirrors and dispensers.– Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in the designated dumpster area.– Common areas include, but aren't limited to, hallways, stairways, exterior and interior entryways, lobbies, elevators, etc.– Vacuum and spot clean all carpets, mats, and rugs.– Pick up and dispose of litter and debris in and around hallways, interior entryways, and exterior entryways.– Empty indoor trash receptacles, often located in building lobbies, and dispose of waste in the designated dumpster area.– Clean and disinfect light switches.– Clean and disinfect any diaper changing areas.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
