(1) Vendor needs to provide recycling education and outreach campaign service. – Provide education and outreach campaign to reduce contamination and improve participation in the recycling and composting program.– Provide education and outreach activities on behalf of the city to our local community.– Aim to reduce contamination and improve participation in recycling and composting.– Direct mailers, monthly email updates, weekly social media updates, or utility bill inserts.– Tours sustainability recycling facility, community presentations, and tabling at public meetings and events.– Education lessons for kindergarten through twelfth grade and other school–based initiatives.– Train–the–trainer sessions designed to provide individuals with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to train others to correctly recycle, compost, or dispose of designated covered materials.– Behaviour change initiatives designed to engage local groups and promote specific positive behaviors through targeted, community–specific interventions that address identifies behavioral barriers and motivations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
