Vendor needs to provide Nome wetland survey services to the government authority located in Alaska.– Perform desktop review, field investigation, wetland delineation, hydrologic feature identification, GIS mapping, preparation of a wetland delineation report, and preparation of supporting materials– Prepare draft and final reports and provide all associated GIS and electronic data. – Shall make recommendations and provide technical support to the Project Manager– Includes project management and coordination; desktop research and records review; field work planning; wetland delineation field investigation; identification and documentation of hydrologic features; GPS and photographic documentation; creating GIS maps and data layers; draft and final Wetland Delineation Reports; responses to Government review comments; providing support and required data if an official Jurisdictional Determination is warranted based on the delineation findings.
