DRA-11197 - USA (Washington, DC) - Capital Planning, Analysis, and Conceptual Engineering Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide capital planning, analysis, and conceptual engineering services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– For planning, public outreach, data collection, traffic analysis, project performance analyses, preliminary engineering, and grant application support to support the development of multimodal transportation improvements– The Consultant shall prepare PowerPoint presentations and technical reports or memosto summarize the analysis of existing conditions data– Preparation of PowerPoint presentations summarizing analysis of the existing conditions for a project area, including collecting and compiling data related to transit operations, roadway width and lane configuration, curbside regulations/usage, safety issues/crash history, pedestrian and bicycle usage, vehicular operations, and land use,– Development of recommendations and concept plans for corridor projects or spot (small area) improvements, which may include bus priority elements, bike lanes, and multimodal safety improvements.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
