(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative agent and affordability assistance program services to the government authority located in Cherry Hill, NJ. • Prepare updates to the township’s affordable housing administrative agent policies and procedures manual, affirmative marketing plan, and operating manuals for affordable housing activities;• Conduct outreach to, and collect data from, facility operators that may have credit worthy bedrooms or units in the township• Assist with providing oversight over third–party affordable housing administration agents who are contracted to perform administrative agent services within the township;• Review proposed deed restrictions and affirmative marketing plans of new developments containing affordable units and provide guidance to third–party administrative agents• Perform additional related services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
