CONS-22126 - USA (New Britain, Connecticut) - Streets Improvement Service - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide streets improvement service to the government authority located in New Britain, CT. – Design approach, aiming to enhance pedestrian safety, implement traffic calming measures and utilize landscaping and placemaking appurtenances to revitalize the area. – The project is approximately 2,100 feet in length, beginning at the intersection of arch street and whiting street and continuing north to the intersection of arch street and main street.– Work generally consists of the construction of new concrete sidewalks and sidewalk ramps, brick paver sidewalk and sidewalk ramps, curbing, proposed bump outs, new mid–block crossings, restriping, new signage, limited drainage improvements, brick paver banding, proposed ornamental street lighting, street trees and minor landscaping, new placemaking appurtenances, and traffic signal improvements at both the arch street and hart/whiting at arch intersection.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 6, 2026.
