(1) Vendor needs to provide airport design, engineering and construction consulting services to the government authority located in Blakely, GA.  – Perform design, bidding and negotiation, construction administration, and resident inspection services.– Construct and rehabilitate airfield drainage systems. – Construct and rehabilitate airfield pavement, lighting. – Install and upgrade airport fencing and security systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
