(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal planning consultant services to the government authority located in North Haven, CT.– Interpretation of and development of strategies to address recent state statute updates as theypertain to land use and housing.– Preparation of new and updates to current zoning regulations to address new state housingrules, as well as other updates and revisions to existing regulations.– General on–call Land Use consulting on a wide variety of land use matters.– Preparation of our decennial update of the town’s plan of conservation and development.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
